I first met Khyati when looking for a quality professional that could act as a change agent for a High Care food business that was failing against its customer requirements. She rebuilt the entire quality system, rebuilt the quality team (utilising half the incumbent members), and engaged the operational staff to reform their understanding of quality creating a true quality culture all within a year. The business was commended in a Coles CFMSR audit as being the only business within their supplier network Australia wide that had managed to go from a red rating to a blue rating (their lowest to their highest) within 12 months. Our Journey together in this business saw us achieve and maintain the highest classifications across Coles, Woolworths and SQF audits for the next three years.

After leaving this business I employed Khyati as a consultant to fly down to Melbourne to carry out Gap Analysis on another food business I had taken operational responsibility for and then mentor my team through the resolutions to close out again helping us to achieve the highest classifications across Coles, Woolworths and SQF audits.

On returning to Sydney and moving into the ready meals segment I was able to convince Khyati to again come in and employ her unique skills as a change agent, rebuilding the system, team and quality culture at Australias premier ready meals company. Two years later now in my own start up food based business I reached out to Khyati to manage a ground up build.
